Transcribed passages from Da Vinci Code appear in red below. And corresponding passages from Rock Prophecy follow in blue.

DC 2003: Of course, the Vatican, in keeping with their tradition of misinformation, tried very hard to suppress the release of these scrolls. And why wouldn't they? The scrolls highlight glaring historical discrepancies and fabrications, clearly confirming that the modern Bible was compiled and edited by men who possessed a political agenda: to promote the divinity of the man Jesus Christ and use His influence to solidify their own power base…the Christian Church, which declared itself the sole vessel through which humanity could access the divine and gain entrance to the kingdom of heaven.

RP 1999: The Gnostic find from Nag Hammadi has been beset from the beginning to this day by a persistent curse of political roadblocks…All of these sacred texts had been suppressed for millennia. When comparing these gospels of the Gnostics with the gospels that are promoted by the Vatican Bible, it becomes clear that what Irenaeus and the later churches wanted to tell us is that the Christian faith glorifies straight males and condemns women…Access to God is achieved abstractly, through a maze of church hierarchies that end in the Trinity. Masses of peasants were trained to think that the emperor and his churchmen were like mediums in touch with the deity. To get to heaven it was necessary to obtain (or purchase) approval from the church. The Christian faith went through a makeover.

DC 2003: The power of the female and her ability to produce life was once very sacred, but it posed a threat to the rise of the predominantly male Church, and so the sacred feminine was demonized and called unclean. It was man, not God, who created the concept of "original sin," whereby Eve tasted of the apple and caused the downfall of the human race. Woman, once the sacred giver of life, was now the enemy…

RP 1999: When people believe that their bodies are sinful, males gain an advantage because men can point to female birth-nurture biology and say, "I may be physical, but I'm not that physical." Body = sin is a formula that has helped men to achieve power over women and dominate sexual customs…After Roman emperors co-opted and redefined the Christian religion, Augustine compared the gospels with the Old Testament, and for the Roman Catholic Church he invented the story of original sin. By the time Augustine went looking for links in Bible stories that could connect Jesus with the denigration of sex and condemnation of women, the Church had long since degenerated into a fraternity for men only…If sexuality was sin, then the woman was the greatest sinner of all.

DC 2003: …this concept of woman as life-bringer was the foundation of ancient religion. Childbirth was mystical and powerful. Sadly, Christian philosophy decided to embezzle the female's creative power by ignoring biological truth and making man the Creator. Genesis tells us that Eve was created from Adam's rib. Woman became an offshoot of man. And a sinful one at that. Genesis was the beginning of the end for the goddess.

RP 1999: For the man it was the beginning, for the woman it was the end…Of the early vegetation religions…fertility was of prime concern to those folks…it is woman who brings us into the world…woman magic and Earth magic are the same, they are related, and the personification of this energy which gives birth to forms, and nourishes forms, is properly female…[but] Eve was created out of Adam, from his rib, as if the male "gave birth" to female…He was now also the procreator…Female inferiority forever was proclaimed by the book of Genesis…the male is the total thing; in fact he takes over her role…Mankind entered the world through man. It's as if, even while demeaning women for being the source of flesh, men can still claim credit for being the source of life, it's like saying that God ordained males to transcend flesh, while the sin of childbirth is left to females.

DC 2003: …the ancients' view of sex was entirely opposite from ours today. Sex begot new life - the ultimate miracle…Admittedly, the concept of sex as a pathway to God was mind-boggling at first…the early Jewish tradition involved ritualistic sex. In the Temple...men seeking spiritual wholeness came to the Temple to visit priestesses - or hierodules - with whom they made love and experienced the divine through physical union…man could achieve a climactic instant when his mind went totally blank and he could see God…Orgasm as prayer.

RP 1999: If divinity is represented by Mass in church, it is also represented by sex in bed…your lusty Christians, and lots of them were doing this, were having orgiastic rituals in their churches: drinking of semen, anointing statues and each other with it as part of a love of God itself. That's a very shocking idea to modern Christians…To be filled with the rapture of Loas implies union of flesh with spirit…we can inhabit the deity and be inhabited by the deity. In bodily abandon to the sacred drums, induced by music of hypnotic rhythms, ecstatic dancers become God…we can access this realm…through the silent spaces between thoughts…possessed trippers rode Loas and saw God.

DC 2003: Early Jews believed that the Holy of Holies in Solomon's Temple housed not only God but also His powerful female equal, Shekinah.

RP 1999: "Some ladies are like Church to us." - Jimi Hendrix

DC 2003: The vestiges of pagan religion in Christian symbology are undeniable. Egyptian sun disks became the halos of Catholic saints. Pictograms of Isis nursing her miraculously conceived son Horus became the blueprint for our modern images of the Virgin Mary nursing Baby Jesus. And virtually all the elements of the Catholic ritual - the miter, the altar, the doxology, and communion, the act of "God-eating" - were taken directly from earlier pagan mystery religions.

RP 1999: …Stratiotici and Gnostics, offering to the natural Father of the Universe [emission] which is in their hands, and saying "We offer thee this gift, the body of Christ." And so they eat it, partaking of their own shame and saying, "This is the body of Christ, and this is the Passover; hence our bodies are given over to passion and compelled to confess the passion of Christ." Similarly with the woman's emission at her period, they collect the menstrual blood which is unclean, take it and eat it together, and say "This is the blood of Christ"…they say that this is what is spoken in the Gospel…"When you see the Son of Man coming up where he was before" (John 6:62) means the emission which is taken up to the place from which it came, saying, "Unless you eat my flesh and drink my blood" (John 6:53)…

DC 2003: The ability of the woman to produce life from her womb made her sacred. A god. Intercourse was the revered union of the two halves of the human spirit - male and female - through which the male could find spiritual wholeness and communion with God. What you saw was not about sex, it was about spirituality. The Hieros Gamos ritual is not a perversion. It's a deeply sacrosanct ceremony.

RP 1999: …life enters into the world through women…rituals of these early, persecuted Christians…they pray with their whole bodies naked, as if by such a practice they could gain free access to God…What was taken from the Mother on high…must be collected from the power that is in bodies, through the emissions of men and women…they give themselves over to passion…physical senses as expressions of God: spirit and flesh together.
